Terms and Conditions for our Sales

 

 

·         We accept Cash and good Checks.  No Debit or Credit Cards at present time.

 

·         NO Buyer's Premium--only specialty sales would have a Buyer's Premium.

 

·        6 % Sales Tax is charged unless a valid Sales Tax exemption certificate is provided.

 

·         All purchases must be paid for the same day purchases are made.

 

 

Payment Service Charges

 

 

·         New customers - we will run your check for an electronic approval. There will be a service charge of 3% of your purchase for this process. Check verification is through Global e Telecom. Once established as a regular customer with us, there is no charge for writing a check. (A regular customer is one that attends our auctions every week.) We will waive the charge if you present a letter of credit addressed to us from your bank stating explicitly that your account is in good standing and that they will stand behind your check. This letter must be dated within 2 days of the auction that you are attending.
